Who Am I
My name is Anastasia Stryukova, and I am a birth doula dedicated to walking alongside families as they welcome new life into the world. I serve Pierce and King Counties, offering personalized, compassionate care that meets families where they are.
With a background in healthcare and community support, I bring both knowledge and heart to every birth. My role is to provide emotional reassurance, physical comfort, and evidence-based guidance so that you feel confident, respected, and supported during one of life’s most powerful transitions.
As a bilingual doula (English & Russian), I am honored to support families from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that language and cultural differences never stand in the way of quality birth care. I am also a ProviderOne-approved doula, which means I can support families with Medicaid coverage at no cost.
Every birth is unique, and I believe every family deserves to feel safe, heard, and empowered. My goal is simple: to be a calm, steady presence who helps you welcome your baby with dignity, strength, and joy.
